Jen Bell
PR Director
Jen is a highly experienced public relations consultants with a track record of generating results across the UK, New Zealand, Australia and the USA. After spending time both in-house and agency-side, she started Salt & Pepper from scratch and turned it into a highly respected PR consultancy.
Stints at New Zealand Trade & Enterprise (New Zealand's government export agency) and Porter Novelli, working with well-known brands such as Fonterra Brands, Novartis, Atlantis Healthcare and NZ Pork, gave her a solid grounding in both consumer and corporate PR techniques, and also provided her with a raft of New Zealand and international media, social media and government contacts.
Jen has never been content to stand still and is well known for continuously challenging the status quo and looking for more effective and measurable ways to do things.
Nick Bell
Design Director
Nick Bell is a highly experienced, multiple award winning marketer with 14+ years experience in the advertising industry under his belt. He has spent time managing high-profile accounts at both FCB and Colenso BBDO (part of Clemenger Group), two global heavyweights.
At FCB, he managed the National Bank direct marketing campaign as they made their momentous transition to ANZ. At Colenso, he worked on Spark. Previously, he has managed ad campaigns for BMW, MINI, Heinz Watties, Liquorland, The Heart Foundation, and Air New Zealand.
