Salt & Pepper is led by two directors, Jen Bell and Nick Bell, who share almost 30 years of public relations, direct marketing, branding, research, and advertising experience between them. Nick has led award-winning campaigns for Lloyds Bank, BMW, MINI, Heinz and Spark. Jen has supported a vast number of companies with food and drink, not-for-profit, travel and tourism, healthcare and general lifestyle PR – including Dole Packaged Foods, UNICEF, Nairn's Oatcakes, Marriott International, Gardein, Babich Wines, AirAsia, Manuka Health, the Baking Industry Association and many, many more.
